Jan Lokpal Bill and Indian Youth

Jan Lokapl Bill revolution or so called second freedom struggle had rocked India. Today Anna Hazare facing 10th day of his fast and yet there is no concrete promise from government side. The anger against corruption in every Indians heart is rising day by day.

Today India account for more than 22 cores of young population aged between  15 to 28 years of age and they all grown up facing corruption. Most of them are educated and understand substantial growth cannot happen until and unless they reduced corruption. They had understood whatever money is going out of their pockets towards corruption becoming an obstacle in their growth.

Young population always look out for a hero and when someone like Anna Hazare who doing fast until death for the welfare for whole community appeals for an support, it touched their heart .They like his honesty and simplicity. He may not be good at English speech or negotiation with government but they know he is good and pure at heart and only pure heart can bring some positive change.

Significant achievement of this Anti corruption campaign can be continuous never ending support from all parts of community like Bollywood, IT sector, educational institute, some other political parties and few politicians, Mumbai’s Dabewala (Where it was first time in history they strike for a day and conduct march) and non violence.

Without any middle and low level leadership its fascinating to see whatever Anna Hazare has been guiding his followers through electronic and other media been absolutely followed.

They always say today’s youth is irresponsible and don’t have any concern towards nation and lost their patriotism and duty towards nation, but his anti corruption revolution proved it wrong and showed still how every young Indian is responsible, patriotic, pure at heart, ready to bring change, want growth, strong surveillance system on elected politicians and corruption free India.

Life is continuous learning.

Life can teach you new lessons all the time if you ready to keep your glass half empty all time because it’s hard to fill glass which is already full.

Today when I was coming back home at night from river road I saw group of ten beating two people ruthlessly for pissing on their vehicle. When I took one of them aside and talk, surprisingly I came to know that vehicle is a mean of earning for those ten people and today was their first day of working.

This may look like a small cause to you but when you think of your business computer or study books and somebody started pissing on it for no reason what will you fell?

What you do, where you do it and how you do it construct path of your life.

MacDonald’s cannot open a shop in India where they can sell beef or pork burgers while they may not sustain without beef in European countries. When big vehicle manufactures like ford or Toyota thought of coming into India they have to do changes in their vehicle in terms of ground clearance, model modification etc. to suit Indian vehicles.

In an Organization or before even starting your career which stream you choose for working, what kind of job you select, where you get place and more importantly how efficiently you do your work decides your career graph.

It’s good to keep learning attitude up instead of I know it all and I can do it all.

Cheers!!!

Successful and Effective : What YOU want to be ?

At first glance both the words look a bit similar and hard to define and differentiate, but if you give little stress to your mind; then they are very much possible to differentiate in every aspect.

Dictionary meaning of Successful says having or resulting in success(which differs from person to person), prosperous having wealth or status,  being marked by favorable outcome while Effective can be defined as impressive, coming into operation ,capable of producing intended result, something’s that works well as a remedy or means, exiting force or influence.

Successfulness can be defined in terms of speed of laddering up in hierarchy level within organization while Effectiveness can be defined in terms of bonding with the coworkers and employees, quality of work, image, character and personality influence on others, and number of followers.

Building new contacts in community, accountable diplomatic behavior, flexibility with principles values and ethics, compromising acceptability requires one to become successful in life.

Excellent communication skills, motivational nature, inspirational talk, good understanding of human behavior, maintaining healthy relationship with people around, creativeness have to be adopted who wants to become
effective.

So what you want to be?

Circle of Completeness (CoC)

In initial phases of life we all feel like we are in control of our own life and we can drive it whichever way we want, till the point Life make you realize that it’s not you its Life itself in fact guiding you from the beginning.

But at some or the other point in life some people realizes the seriousness of life and what they doing and where Life is taking them, I called that point of realization as Circle of Completeness (CoC). After they do the full round they don’t just remain as normal people they become Legend because every one of them had followed what they believe in, every one of them have persuaded their ideas, thoughts, philosophies passionately and they haven’t  stop till they reach their goal. Circle of Completeness is nothing but a reincarnation or a rebirth.

When the entire Maharashtra was under rule of Mughal’s it was Shri Chatrapti Shri Shivaji Maharaj who realized where his future taking him and got serious about life and future. He forms a group of people with identical thinking, encourage and motivate every one of them towards the common goal of freedom. He fills their heart with self dignity and integrity so that one man can fight with hundreds of them.

That’s where the Revolution starts.

When Mahatma Gandhi realized his duty towards nation and got serious about life and future of his own country man while working in Africa, he return back to India and create revolution. He got support from millions of Indians who also become serious and complete the Circle of Completeness to follow Gandhiji.

That’s where the Revolution starts.

When a common man like Anna Hazare from a small town like Ralegaon siddhi fed up of corruption and dysfunctioning of Indian leaders he raised his voice for second phase of freedom form its own unfit people so called Politicians. He got support from billions of true Indians who are pure at their heart, they all have strong urge towards ending corruption.

That’s where the Revolution starts.

Amy Winehouse an english singer-songwriter known for her powerful deep controlled vocals and her eclectic mix of musical genres including R&B and jazz. She top charts and won five Grammy Awards when she did the full round of Circle of Completeness. But problems with drug and alcohol abuse, violence, and her self-destructive behaviors lead her towards early death. When she lost meaning in life and seriousness about life.

If you lose control over life after the Circle of Completeness life itself can lead you deep inside towards the self destruction.

And that’s where Revolution can End.

It’s never too late if you really want to do something for you or for the welfare of community, you always have plenty of time, it just the Seriousness and Self Realization what all you need to do the full round of Circle of completeness.

Past and Present : Promise

In 9th adhya of Granth Shreshth Shri Dnyaneshawari, Shri Dnyaneshwar Mauli said

“ Aatta Awadhan  ekale dije ! Mag sarve sukhashi patra hoyije !!
He pratitdnyotar maze ! Ughad aaika”
(Dear audiences please listen and pay your hearty attention to what I am going to say and if you listen to this carefully I promise you with all my heart that you will experience the divine pleasure and your search of true identity of yourself will come to end.)

Purn Puroshottam Bhagawan Shri Krishna said in 7th shlok of 4th adhya said

“yada yada hi dharmasya
glanir bhavati bharata !
abhyutthanam adharmasya
tadatmanam srjamy aham !!”
(Whenever and wherever there is a decline in religious practice, O descendant of Bharata, and a predominant rise of irreligion--at that time I descend Myself.)

Chatrapati shri Shivray before the establishment of Maratha empire said

“Swarajya vhaye hi Shrinchi ichha”
(Establishment of this empire is Gods wish)

And all of them proved what they said.

In today’s world Success of an organization or a destiny of a new product lies in the promise what they make and how they lived up to it.

There visible values should be Crystal clear, their Stated and Instrument values should be seen through their practices.

Organization need to make sure all the USP’s and POD they make in market live up to their promise.

The culture they follow, values they promise decides theirs future sucess.
